Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided) • We provide guidance, resources, and support to help you successfully complete the licensing process
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be a primary point of contact for existing customers, supporting service needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also play a key role in retention and growth by identifying coverage gaps and recommending appropriate solutions through needs-based conversations.
Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and contribution to agency growth.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service to new and existing policyholders
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention
Assist with policy changes, updates, billing questions, and general inquiries
Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers are properly protected
Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and pivot service conversations into in-book sales
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and follow-through
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience
Ensure compliance with agency standards and applicable regulations
Qualifications
Strong service mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
Effective communication and active listening abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer experience
Comfortable discussing coverage options and recommending solutions
Prior insurance, customer service, or account management experience preferred
Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
